Definitely take a charter on the river. It was great. We rented a small cottage near the marina which has also been wonderful. The owners were terrific and I and my son were celebrating my birthday at the same time we were here and the neighbors Hol told me happy birthday as well. They haul a balloon on my mailbox when I got back from fishing. The one in colonial Beach has been really nice. The restaurants in the food have been great. I definitely will come back.

Spent the morning with โFrogโ and Frank out on the Potomac. We caught several Rock Fish aka striped bass and also caught our legal limit. They were fun to be with, made our trip very enjoyable and worth every penny. Highly recommend you try out this charter, you wonโt be disappointed.

First time sportfishing on the ocean. Had a great day with a 42 Spanish mackerel catch! Captain Bob was very friendly and put even the most nervous novice at ease. He even provided life jackets for pillows, for those who needed a nap! Would recommend for a fun afternoon.

Captain Todd was great! He had wonderful
Advice and took us to the best spot! 42 fish later .... we are ready for dinner! He communicated with us well, helped us know where to go, what we needed to bring (just water and snacks) and what was provided (everything else)! After we got back to the dock he had all of our fish cleaned and bagged and ready to go in about 45-50 minutes! An excellent experience!

We wanted to do something special to get the family together for my son's up coming wedding party. A day out on the water with the groom's wedding party proved to be the perfect outing to talk and celebrate. It was a beautiful day and enough fish to keep everyone engaged.
The boat (Knott Tellin), captain, and crew were top notch and worked hard to ensure we found fish and had a good experience.
We look forward to going back again.

The trip was great, we left the pier at 7:00 and had the first spa ish mackerel on the line by 7:30. We caught over 100 for the trip. The crew was great and very attentive.

Captain George set the expectation high and delivered. We were on the immediately. Boated 13 Cobia in 4 hours. Kept 2 nice ones and had lots of meat to go around. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just fun. Already talking about the next trip.

Spent the morning with โFrogโ and Frank out on the Potomac. We caught several Rock Fish aka striped bass and also caught our legal limit. They were fun to be with, made our trip very enjoyable and worth every penny. Highly recommend you try out this charter, you wonโt be disappointed.

First time sportfishing on the ocean. Had a great day with a 42 Spanish mackerel catch! Captain Bob was very friendly and put even the most nervous novice at ease. He even provided life jackets for pillows, for those who needed a nap! Would recommend for a fun afternoon.

The captain keeps a nice and clean boat! Plenty of room to move around and not feel crowded. It was a rough day for fishing but he did not give up until he found the fish and we put some in the cooler. It was a good day on the water and I will definitely be back!
