Captain John was excellent with my grand children, my son and myself. I would recommend Captain John if you want a good time fishing.

Had a great time with John Quintanilla even tough we didn't catch many keepers. Weather was hot and very humid. He engaged with all of us and was very friendly. He went above the call to stay out longer to try and get us some keeper fish.

We had a great time with John, the boys caught their biggest fish ever . Hard to believe these were in Chocolate bay. We will definitely fish with John if back in Freeport or Galveston! Well worth the trip

CPT John is the best! He worked harder than any guide I have ever fished with to put us on fish. Not a boring moment. We plan to go with him soon again.

We had a great day on the water. Captain John is very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He set us up in some great spots and we caught some nice redfish, black drum, and trout. It was an awesome experience and something we’d definitely do again. I would highly recommend booking with John Q.

Excellent all day trip. Launched at Tiki Island and went along the intercoastal to Chocolate Bayou. Were on fish all day long with many trout a few flounder and some nice reds. Was a great day.

Captian John Q. was really great to be around. Fishing was challenging and yet Capt. John persisted to work hard for us. Early in the the day I caught two of the three species to get a slam. Capt. John tried hard all day to get me that last fish but as fishing goes it wasn’t meant to be. However it was a really enjoyable day for my wife and me. Capt. John is just a genuine good dude. If I ever make it back to Galveston I would certainly look up On Q and try to get back on his boat.

Captain Q , was a great guide. Patient , informative and worked diligently and w passion putting us ( my sons and I ) on fish. Played great music ! Already thinking about when we can book him again. Thank you sir.

Caught several sharks trouts and a large red and just an over all great time he was a huge help with my son and would definitely recommend to everyone that wants to have fun

The captain worked hard to get us on fish. We caught about every species in the gulf. If you want a captain that isn’t gonna watch the clock, this is your guy. Highly recommend.
