Rules & Regulations
If you’re fishing from a boat in Mexico, then you’ll need a license. These are often covered by your charter, but not always, so it’s worth checking before you go. Each angler can keep a maximum of five fish in freshwater, and ten in saltwater. However, you can only have five of each species, and one Billfish counts as half your daily limit.

From what we heard, mahi season is almost over. We were lucky enough to have an amazing captain and get on more mahi than we could handle. For what could have been a bust on mahi, our captain and mate killed it!!! So my opinion is skewed, but I'd rate it a five if they told me our trip was daily.

What a fishing trip indeed! We got into some nice Mahai Mahi! Once we had had our fill of Mahi Mahi, we went back to trying to get a Marlin. We were fortunate enough to hook up with a nice Marlin. The fight was good and the crew amazing. The Captain was skillful making sure the boat and the fisherman were working together to land the fish. What a great trip!

This was such an amazing experience. These guys are awesome and the real deal. They know what they are doing! Great communication skills from booking to any side questions. They took care of everything A-Z. They are such good people and make sure they squeeze fishing time out of the whole trip time. They cleaned the fish, cooked the best ceviche Iโve ever had !! Definitely going back would rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys.

We had a great full day trip, so we book another day hoping for a marlin and that what we got. The captain and crew are everything that you would want in a charter. Wish we had more time for another day. We will definitely be back and we will be booking with the Black Marlin, Captain Manuel and his crew. They certainly know Cabo and its waters. Two days in a row with the only flags in the marina! Awesome. Thanks again for two great days fishing Cabo. We will be back.

Capitan Eduardo takes great pleasure fishing with us and providing tips.this trip we caught about 15 Sea Bass, 8 Trigger fish, and a Snapper. Previous trip we caught about 12 Trigger fish, and a Grouper.
I only regret that my Spanish is not good. Thatโs on me.I want our next trip with Capitan Eduardo to be in June or July for sone bigger fish.

Eduardo is awesome. He brings such a fun friendly vibe to the day. He is so knowledgeable about the reefs and tries hard to get you on the spot and keep you there. We loaded the boat with triggers and sea bass. He even let us bring our dog. We had a wonderful time and I think heโs the best value for money in the whole area. 20 out of 10 recommend. Absolutely go with him, itโs perfect ponga fishing and he does it right!!

What a fishing trip indeed! We got into some nice Mahai Mahi! Once we had had our fill of Mahi Mahi, we went back to trying to get a Marlin. We were fortunate enough to hook up with a nice Marlin. The fight was good and the crew amazing. The Captain was skillful making sure the boat and the fisherman were working together to land the fish. What a great trip!

It took a while but Javier and Santiago knew what they were doing. We caught 3 huge Mahi one tuna. My husband fought a marlin for an hour but it's tail cut the line. A blast!

Guys worked hard and were experienced. Gear was and they had decoys/teasers but the drag not set well and a couple reels were loose costing 3 opportunities. Instantly snapped line, snapped leader line and pulled hook do to no drag... so close.

Even though we went on the โoff seasonโ, we caught some great fish and had a great time!
We threw the below fish in the cooler - 2 King Fish, 1 Baracuda, 1 Mahi Mahi, a shark and a snapper!
The last catch of the day was a 5โ Sail Fish!
